▶ Accessories
This device includes a 6.5″ stereo auxiliary cable and a micro USB cable. Unlike the predecessors to this device, this device uses a micro USB cable, a very common charging method that is easily available at any department store. It also uses an ordinary auxiliary cable, which is easily replaceable if ever damaged. Their predecessors used proprietary charging and a built in audio cable. If you see my video, the audio cable was on its last limb, which means I would have to purchase another device. I don’t have to worry about these issues anymore!

▶ Hardware
This device is very small, as seen in the video. You could literally put this in your pocket without realizing it! On the top is a micro USB cable for charging, a 3.5mm stereo port for using with any auxiliary cable, and a LED light which emits a Blue/or Red light during setup and usage. On the right side is a switch to change your device from receiver (RX) or transmitter (TX). On the back, are the specifications, and the front has the multifunction button for pairing devices.
▶ Setup
* Receiving Mode (RX)
1. Make sure the receiver is off, otherwise switch it off.
2. Turn the TX/RX switch to RX mode.
3. Keep the receiver and Bluetooth device within 1 meter when pairing.
4. Enter the receiver’s paring mode: Press and hold multifunction button for about 5-7 seconds, and don’t release it until LED indicator flashes red/blue alternately.

6. Connect the receiver to your audio device through 3.5mm audio jack to play music.
* Transmitting Mode (TX)

4. Enter the receiver’s paring mode: Press and hold multifunction button for about 5-7 seconds, and don’t release it until LED indicator flashes blue continuously.
5. The transmitter will automatically search for your Bluetooth stereo receiver and then finish connection.
6. After successful connection, the LED indicator of the transmitter flashes blue twice every 4 seconds.
7. Connect the transmitter to your music player through 3.5mm audio jack to play music.
▶ Testing
In receiving mode I tested this with my regular earphones and Nexus 7 (2013). In transmitting mode I tested with my Zune HD and Bluetooth headphones. The device was able to successfully transmit and receive audio without any issues. I was able to play the music without any distortions or issues with connectivity.
▶ Final Thoughts
I really don’t know what else this device can add. It does everything you would expect from a receiver/transmitter, as setup is easy, fixes all prior issues, and only costs $6 more than its predecessor at $36. I am tempted to buy up a few of these during Christmas to give to my family, because they aren’t expensive and do the job right. I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone and give this a 5 star rating.
Pros:
+ Well built.
+ Receives and transmits audio without any additional additions.
+ Fixes all issues that the predecessor had; Uses auxiliary cable and micro USB cable. These are two very common cables found at your local department store.
Cons:
I have no cons for this device.
